Maintenance Services Engineer (Tier II) |

Job Summary: |
The primary function of the Maintenance Services Engineer is to provide highest levels of support to Veraz customers , while resolving complex problems. Intense work with internal and external interfaces, involvement in field activities, phone and on site support.
Internal work interfaces: project management, R&D, product support, marketing & PLM, commercial dept.
External work interfaces: customers, Veraz support offices, 3rd party vendors and partners.
Expected difficulties in this position: Working under a lot of pressure, traveling abroad, around the clock support (24x7 shifts are required), self disciplined and self starter. |

| Experience/Skills: |
Minimum of two years' experience in a global organization. Thorough knowledge of softswitches preferred. Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal required, additional languages spoken and written would be an advantage. Willingness to travel abroad and to work long hours. Must be highly service oriented, responsive, and customer focused. Personable with the ability to work in a team. Knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage.
Solid background and knowledge with the following boundaries: Signaling Protocols(SS7, PRI, CAS), TDM Telephony, IP Networking, VoIP Protocols (H.323, SIP, MGCP, H.248), Unix. IMS Experience would be an advantage. |

Job Summary: |
The Sales Manager is responsible for selling Veraz solutions to Tier 1 and 2 carriers in wireline, wireless and Isp space. The Sales Managers duties also include working with solution partners and channels to win new business while expanding and managing existing accounts. |
| Experience/Skills: |
The right candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years selling experience and will have experience in demonstrating sales success closing business with the telecommunications/service provider market. The candidate will also have experience selling VoIP, C4 and C5 switches as well as applications solutions. Customer contacts leverage within the Tier 1, 2 and 3 carrier markets, wireless and wireline carries will be an advantage. A good level of understanding of VoIP technology and its applications is necessary. |

Leadership of project execution and compliance while keeping the prescribed methodology processes including risk assessments and management, change management, participation in overall project plans, incorporating risk mitigation strategy and contingency plans, control project requirements and project scope. Perform analysis that reflect the actual vs. planned cost at the project level. Maintain strong focus on customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional overall project performance. |
| Experience/Skills: |
At least 5 years previous experience in Project Management. Proficiency with standard project management tools: Microsoft Project, Clarity. Experience working within both project-centric and project matrix environments. Ability to monitor schedule deviations and assist in the development of alternative methods for corrective action at the project level. |

PMM or PMI, Pmbok-based project management methodology. Formal classroom training in: Introduction to Management, Project workshop facilitation, project estimation management, project human resources management, project risk management, project schedule and quality management. |
